IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ORDER THRU OUR WEBSITE WWW.HUDSONWORKWEAR.COM IT WILL NOW BE NECESSARY FOR YOU TO SET-UP AN ACCOUNT YOU WILL HAVE TO CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT AND THEN CALL US SO THAT WE CAN PUT YOUR ALLOWENCE IN THE SYSTEM..  You select your own log-in name and password.  We will not share your information with any other companies.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE OPTION OF CHECKING YOUR BALANCE ON LINE – YOU MUST PLACE YOUR ORDER THRU THE WEBSITE FOR EVERY ORDER FOR IT TO BE ACCURATE!

To setup an account - follow these steps the first time you use this program.

1a.On any managed program page, select create an account
or
1b. once you have completed your shopping you can create it in the check out area.
2.  Enter in the information that it asks you for (which will be stored so you don’t have to fill this portion out anymore.)
3. It will ask for an email address and password (which you will come up with on your own)
4. Call during business hours for us to set-up your account to link records
5. When at check out it will ask you how you would like to pay by Credit Card or by FIRST ENERGY ALLOWANCE.  To use allowance funds choose the First Energy Allowance selection and  enter your SAP number provided by First Energy.   If you exceed your account balance you will be asked to put your credit card number in for the remaining amount owed. 
It may appear the entire maount will be charged to your card, HOWEVER, you card will not be charged until the garments ship and only for the amount over your allowance.
6.  Any returns or credits will be entered into this account also and will be viewable.
     Again,  for accurate balance information, you must order on-line every time.
After the initial set-up, the next time you want to purchase something all you have to do is log in (go to shopping cart link on website) and you will be able to view your balance and make your purchases without entering billing and shipping information.
If you forget your password or email address that you registered your account to you can call us for the email address at 1-866-4FR-WEAR and your password can be retrieved if you go to log in but instead of entering your information you will see a link that says forgot password and it will be emailed to your registered email address right away.
